FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) is an organization that we and almost 60,000 other robotics teams are a part of.  Unlike most other robotics organizations FIRST, motivates students not only to build a robot that will perform well at competitions but to give back to the community by learning from professional businesses and teaching the community and young students about robotics and engineering, and especially having good sportsmanship, which FIRST calls, "Gracious Professionalism".
